Its management requires Rigorous control, continuous monitoringe strict compliance with legislation, from capture to final disposal into the environment. Biogerm supports public and private organizations throughout the water value chain — supply, treatment, reusee rejection— ensuring the quality, safety and legal compliance of the systems.

Microbiological contamination

Presence of pathogenic microorganisms in water, food, environments and products, with a direct impact on human health. This is one of the most critical and transversal risks, requiring regular monitoring, early detection and systematic control.

Water safety

Risk arising from the use of non-compliant water for human consumption, production processes, clinical or recreational uses. Water quality is critical to public health and operational safety.

Legal and regulatory compliance

Risk of non-compliance with the legislation and technical standards applicable to each sector. Compliance requires accredited analyzes, documentary evidence and continuous updating in the face of regulatory requirements.

Sustainability and environmental impact

Risk associated with inadequate management of natural resources, effluents and waste, with environmental, legal and social consequences. Sustainability is today a strategic requirement and not just an operational one.

Types of analyses performed

Laboratory tests that detect, identify and quantify microorganisms (bacteria, fungi, yeasts, parasites and others) to evaluate the safety and quality of products and environments.

They consist of carrying out laboratory tests aimed at characterizing the composition, structure and physical and chemical properties of a sample, by measuring specific parameters and evaluating the presence of contaminants allowing to verify its quality, safety and legal compliance.
